As our items are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

The Bark Side offers a 30 day guarantee for manufacturing faults and defects. Beyond this time it is considered regular wear and tear. If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email alex@thebarksidedogcollars.com.au to notify us. Please include details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo.
