The Bark Side offers a 30 day guarantee for manufacturing defects. Beyond this time it is considered regular wear and tear. If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email to notify us. Please include details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage.

We accept payments through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and all major credit cards. 

We post our items through Australia Post. All items come with tracking, unless purchasing only a decal, bow tie or collar charm, in which case they are sent as large letters.

Returns & Refunds
As our items are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. For faulty or damaged items, please refer to our Warranty/Guarantee policy.

How long will my order take to make?
Currently we aim to have your items made within 2 - 3 business days. If there are going to be any delays we will keep you updated.
